El ministerio de Trabajo, a través de la dirección de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria, junto al ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, concretó hoy la presentación del Registro Único de Organizaciones de Responsabilidad Social (RUORES) a empresas, fundaciones y organizaciones no gubernamentales. La jornada de trabajo contó con la participaron de alrededor de 60 organizaciones de la provincia.
El Registro permite el intercambio e interconexión entre diversos actores y organizaciones que realizan y/o promueven acciones y programas de Responsabilidad Social para el Desarrollo Sostenible en el interior del país. Asimismo, representantes de empresas, fundaciones y ONG expusieron sobre la labor que desarrollan en la provincia en materia de RSE.
El Registro Único de Organizaciones de Responsabilidad Social (RUORES) tiene como objetivo distinguir, acompañar e incentivar a las organizaciones que llevan adelante programas, proyectos e iniciativas de Responsabilidad Social y Desarrollo Sostenible; asociaciones civiles, comerciales, académicas, cultos o entidades de gobierno.
Jorgelina Bellagamba, directora de RSE, manifestó que “junto al ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación estamos llevando cabo hoy una jornada de trabajo sobre la importancia de acompañar políticas púbicas en materia de responsabilidad Social. El año pasado empresas como Andesmar y la Veloz del Norte se sumaron al programa Rutas Libres de Trata, este trabajo fue un disparador para que otras empresas se sumen este año no solo con este flagelo, sino con otras problemáticas que hoy nos involucran como sociedad”.
Asimismo la responsable de RSE de la cartera laboral, marcó la importancia para una empresa, fundación u organización de “integrar la responsabilidad social en su estructura de trabajo” y destacó el compromiso de empresas salteñas que en la actualidad ejecutan políticas serias y sostenibles en materia de RSE.
Por su parte el director Nacional de Acreditación de Organizaciones, Agustín Dellagiovanna, indicó que uno de los beneficios de estar en el RUORES es la posibilidad de recibir asistencia técnica gratuita en el desarrollo de una estrategia de negocios socialmente responsable y capacitaciones en diversas temáticas: Transparencia, Herramientas de Sustentabilidad, Derechos Humanos, Comercio Justo y Consumo Responsable, Ambiente y Género.
Asimismo, ponderó que estas acciones trascienden el ámbito local y pueden ser compartidas y replicadas por otras instituciones y organizaciones, así como articular con las diferentes áreas del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y la Dirección de RSE del Ministerio de Trabajo de Salta.
Participaron en la jornada representantes de Aguas del Norte, Banco Macro, Cámara de Tabaco, Orocobre, Cerveza Salta, Asociación Conciencia, La Veloz del Norte, fundaciones, empresas mineras, empresas tabacaleras, Cerámica Alberdi, empresas de Telecomunicaciones, Cámara de Comercio de Salta, Sindicatos, organismos gubernamentales, entre otras organizaciones.
